Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR)
YBR is practiced with balls in various sizes and colors. The ball is chosen according to the physical condition of the person. Apart from the three essential balls, smaller balls are used for specific exercises.
The Yellow Ball , is ideal for the beginners'. It is the softest of the balls. It is used for abdomen and back exercises.
The Red Ball , is the hardest. It is used to relax the deeper muscle fibers. It is ideal for persons in good physical condition. It is used for abdomen, back, leg, spine and neck exercises.
The Green Ball , has the same hardness with the yellow ball, but it is smaller than it. The exercise is felt deeper. It is used on chest and neck whilst sitting or traveling.
Apart from the balls, "foot waker" and "foot saver" in half sphere shape are used for foot exercises. These excite the nerves under the foot, increasing the blood circulation so as to raise the energy level of the body and make your feet more flexible.
