How to Use Our Studio
Booking : Our studio is at your service from 07:00 am till 08:00 pm on weekdays and from 08:00 am till 03:00 pm on Saturdays. We are closed for Sunday. You can book for any hour if it is available.
Parking : You can park your car on the main street in front of our Studio. You can readily find space for parking at any time of the day.
Wearing : You should wear comfortable outfit, preferably sports pants, tight, flannel or t-shirt, as you are going to exercise. Wearing socks is at your option.
Where to Change : You can comfortably change your cloths in our changing rooms and take shower. If you like, you can listen to your favorite songs from your ipod player while doing pilates.
Description of Lessons :
Pilates:
• Duration of a pilates lesson is 55 minutes.
• You can take lesson individually or as a group of maximum 2 persons.
• You can either pay the fee of each lesson individually or take advantage of our packages of 10 or 20 lessons.
• VAT is included in the fees. You can pay the fee by credit card if you like.
Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR):
• Duration of each YBR lesson is 55 minutes.
• You can take lesson individually or as a group of maximum 4 persons.
• You can purchase a set of YBR balls from us.
• You can take advantage of our package fees.
• VAT is included in the fees. You can pay the fee by credit card if you like.
